I had an absolute blast working as an accredited photographer for Brighton Fringe this May. I love the variety you get shooting a festival; it’s a one-person show in a room above a pub one evening, cabaret at Spiegeltent Bosco the next. Add in the ever-changing mix you get at Fringe City at the weekends, and it’s a sure-fire recipe for never getting bored.

The relentless pace of it – go to the day job, go straight to the gig, shoot, edit, deliver, hopefully get some sleep, repeat – gets addictive pretty quickly! I’m already missing it – roll on Fringe 2019…
